I wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered this medication cooler Travel case.I have been pleasantly surprised and I’ve only had the product a few days. The freezer ice packs which come with it are very high-quality as is the case itself.This is a battery operated device, which shows digitally what the inside temperature is, which is vital if you must travel in order to keep your refrigerated medication’s at a proper temperature.Though I have not been on a long journey yet, I have been using this for a few days to take medication with me to work and it is incredibly accurate. I have left it out for 12 hours at a time and it’s working to keep my meds cool.My husband and I are going on a cruise soon and I will be traveling overseas to visit family and I plan to take this precious little package with me.The size of the case is a little bulky yet it’s absolutely worth it if you must travel along distance with refrigerated medication’s.I ordered my case in blue and I truly love the color. It looks expensive and high-quality. The design is smart and easy to use.Great value for what you get!

After reading numerous reviews for containers that would keep my medication at the recommended temperature, be easy to carry, and be TSA approved, I decided on the Gosemai travel case. I returned home last night after an 8-day trip where my meds were in the case for more than 12 hours both traveling days and during two driving trips of more than 5 hours. This case maintained around a 42-degree temperature the entire time. As soon as I got to each destination, I put the ice packs in the freezer, and the hotel staff stored them in their freezer, too. This container was everything I had hoped for and I highly recommend it.

When travelling it’s nice to be able to monitor the temp on my meds. This has some insulation but not much. The two freezer packs keep it cold a long time, though. The organizer comes out if you prefer a different bag for your stuff.

Temperature is accurate. The ice packs that come with it freeze well. Went through tsa just fine. The inside is roomy as well. Fits perfect in a backpack

This is a nice case and it certainly does work but the problem is that it does not keep things cold nearly long enough… it’s not really very well insulated

Kept our cat’s medications cold for the full 14 hours of travel time and the ice packs were still partially frozen. I was skeptical based on some of the poor reviews but very pleased it worked as promoted. I froze the ice for two days prior to trip. We flew from Minneapolis to San Juan with a three hour layover and about an hour until we got to our destination where I took the meds out of my carry on. Also, neither of the airport security stopped me to look in my bag which was a relief! Only thing I will do differently on way home is to make sure the ice packs are laying completely flat in freezer. Mine were not flat – so they took up more space in the bag – which made for a tighter squeeze with meds inside!
